Once the trial mold equipment is received and a suitable production slot is confirmed, we proceed to manufacture metal gift samples to ensure that we are happy with the production and that it meets your requirements.
You will have the opportunity to test the samples down your filling line, label them and check their compatibility with the closure and secondary packing, before giving formal approval to proceed to bulk production.
Custom Metal Gift Manufacturing and Packaging
The manufacturing process begins with treated raw materials being fed into a melting furnace. When the mixture is melted it’s put into molds. The die casting formation methods are used to form the metal gifts & crafts. After coloring and plating, a rigorous quality inspection follows before careful packaging for delivery.

How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I’ve ordered?
Depends on whether you want to do customization your promotional gifts or not, and also depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics, but we can guarantee to ship regular promotional gifts in less than 15 business days.
Do I have to pay for a mold fee for a reorder?
You do not pay for a mold fee again on a reorder as long as the previous mold is still on file (kept for 3 years from the latest order date).
Do you have a rush service?
Yes, we do have a rush service that can provide you with lapel pins in as little as 5 days.
What are the payment options?
You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit.

What metal plating options do you offer for your metal gifts?
We offer gold, silver and copper platings standard with our orders. We also offer upgraded antique finishes that give an aged look to your coins. Antique finishes help greatly when your design is mostly metal (die struck) as the darker recessed areas provide a greater contrast for text and fine lines. We also offer some specialty colored metals that have a similar appearance to powder-coating (no charge), black nickel (a shiny gunmetal appearance), and now an iridescent rainbow plating (price on request).
What types of metal gifts you can provide?
In MW Metal Gift, we can produce and design lapel pin, medal, coin, keychain, and luggage tag. Free design & sample is available.
I don’t have a professional design. Could you help me still?
Designing a custom pin is quite simple with us. Send us a logo, a doodle or a few letters you need to show on the pin, and our designers will help you create a print-ready proof.
I have never ordered pins before. How do I start my order?
You can simply tell us your design ideas, and our professional sales rep will walk you through.
How long is the production time difference between soft enamel and hard enamel？
Soft enamel takes about 3-5 days less to produce than hard enamel.
Can you plate multiple colors?
Yes we can do that, We can complete two-color plating or even 3-color plating. It depends on the design.
